PRODUCT ORDERS
PaverDrop cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. PaverDrop reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice. In the event that a PaverDrop product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PaverDrop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PaverDrop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PaverDrop shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. All sales will include 7% FL sales tax unless a valid Sales Tax Exemption document is provided. In the event of an unexpected delay in the shipment of the merchandise, you will be notified and given an opportunity for a full refund.
