How much is Shipping?Shipping on minimum orders of 200 SF is based on Flat-rate shipping per your geographical location. Orders less than 200SF will need to contact customer service hello@paverdrop.com for a freight quote. Flat rate shipping does not apply to AK, HI, PR, the U.S. Virgin Islands or international, as we do not service these areas. Additional charges may also apply to hard-to-reach areas. These charges will be assessed after your order is processed, and you will be contacted to provide payment for these charges prior to shipping your order.

How long does shipping take?Most orders will ship within 7 days from placing your order. Orders ship from our centrally located warehouses in Tennessee and transit time can be 2-7 days, depending on your geographical location. The freight company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment. These orders will normally include curbside delivery only

Can I change my order?Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it is not possible to change or update quantities or cancel.

Where are your tiles manufactured?Most of our tiles are manufactured in Tennessee, USA. Some of the pool coping is manufactured in Italy at the mother plant.

How do the pavers hold up in harsh climates?2CM Porcelain Tiles/Pavers will work in almost all weather environments and anywhere in the continental USA. They meet the standard ASTM C484. Thermal Shock Resistant (-40F - 210F)

Are your Porcelain Tiles slippery when wet?No, all of our 2CM Pavers/Tiles are slip resistant and are recommended for pool decks.

Do your Tiles/Pavers require sealing to protect them?No... Our 2CM Porcelain Tiles/Pavers never need sealing and are highly resistant to Mold, moss, & algae. They are resistant to chemical and salt corrosion. And are resistant to efflorescence and other marks and easy to clean.
